If you walk up to the highest point there is a Bronze Age burial mound. It was later used as a fire beacon site which would have been lit as a signal to warn of the imminent invasion. There is a information board in the car park talking about the the myths and legends of the area. The Wizard Walk is suitable for both pushchairs and wheelchairs.
