This fantastic local museum is housed in a Tudor timber-framed wool merchant's house. Learn all about the history, geology and community of Axbridge and the surrounding area. With interesting rooms such as the one that illustrates what it would have been like to be a civilian in the area during the second world war and a room dedicated to the importance of mining and geology in the area and the learn about the prehistoric bones found in the caves at nearby Banwell.
