The Museum of Barnstaple & North Devon is dedicated to presenting the history of this beautiful town. You'll learn about the people of Barnstaple and also the natural history of the town. The Tarka gallery follows the famous otter's trail from river to sea. Kids will love the Culm Grassland areas and all the wildlife, that inhabits it. There is a stunning collection of pottery, as well as artefacts relating to geology and archaeology.
