The Lodge RSPB Nature Reserve is a fascinating place for the whole family. Each season brings different wildlife and stunning flowers. Spring offers wonderful woodpeckers, bluebells and rhododendrons. Summer has dragonflies, butterflies, blue tits, lizards, grass snakes and bumblebees. Autumn sees buzzards, swallows, silver birches and oak trees. The winter brings nuthatch and redwing feeding on berries.
