About This AttractionSuggest an Edit

Where better to take the little ones out for the day than the zoo! Blackpool Zoo has it all from elephant and reptile houses, gorilla mountains, lemur woods, an orangutan outlook, giraffe heights and even a dinosaur safari! Kids can get up close and personal with some amazing animals either feeding them or being a zoo keeper for the day. Little ones can let off steam in the jungle themed play barn and they hold really good birthday parties here too.

Tips

We all enjoyed the zoo and all the attractions nice atmosphere and a great day out x

The zoo is fantastic but could do with a few less primates and a bit of something different. The play area on the other hand is awful. The worst one I have been to yet, it's cold, it smells, it's really really dirty and as the features in there have straw roofs you can see the thick dust lying on top. The food is awful and if your a member you get 20% of Starbucks but you don't get it in the play barn so my tip is go to the Starbucks inside the reception area of the zoo get your drink there and take it in with you x
