About This AttractionSuggest an Edit

With exhibits ranging from Pre-historic to present day, The Blandford Town museum is a wonderful place to take the family. The lovely Georgian town was destroyed in 1731 by a large fire leaving only a few buildings standing, such as a cobbler's workshop and the forge. In the museum you'll see a reconstruction of the once thriving railway and goods yard, as well as a reconstruction of a Victorian kitchen.
