As the former home of Samuel Taylor Coleridge, this wonderful cottage provided the inspiration for some of his most famous work, including Kubla Khan and The Rime of the Ancient Mariner. The gorgeous landscapes of the Quantock Hills provide the perfect setting for this lovely cottage. It's a hands on day out with Georgian Costumes to wear and you can try to write with a Quill!

How To Get There

Directions

Take the M5 to Bridgewater and turn on to the A39 (west) and follow to Nether Stowey. The cottage is located on Lime St on the west side of the Village.
