Tips

Fabulous house and extremely knowledgeable volunteers in it; they made our visit special, with story time for the children in one of the bedrooms. Gardens are also beautiful, and the play areas are lovely. You are not told on arrival you have a time slot to enter the house - so if you don't want to enter the house an hour after arriving I would suggest you ask for a later one. Also they don't put signage up when parts are closed for the day.
