This centre has lots of water based activities for all of the family, Cardiff bay is a great play to learn to sail or windsurf. They offer courses in sailing which last from three days to six weeks and no experience is necessary you will learn all the basics (launch and recover, to steer the vessel, different parts of the boat and basic sailing.) They also have courses to learn windsurfing that last two days and are a great way to be introduced to the sport in a fun and enjoyable way. There are courses for both children and adults. They also offer RYA Powerboat courses, rowing, fishing and archery.
