This unique island is a great place to bring the family to see the wilderness, remoteness and isolation that the island has to offer. Just five miles from Cardiff the island is a heaven for wildlife and you can discover the history of the island which was a farm, fortress and cholera hospital and enjoy a drink in the Gull and Leek, the most southerly pub in Wales. There are a few different boat operators who run trips to and around the island.
