A museum dedicated to showing how England has been at the forefront of aviation design an innovation. Take a step back in time and see relics of World War II, climb inside some of the plane cockpits and marvel at the Vulcan and Cambarra. The children will love climbing into the Vulcan and seeing what it would have been like to fly in nuclear bomber. The place is run by a lovely bunch of volunteers who will answer all of your questions and the hold events too so make sure that you check out the website.
