Covering 51 acres, Ferne Animal Sanctuary has been rescuing animals for over 70 years. Visit the sanctuary to see the lovely animals they have helped and help rehome if you are looking to extend the family! They have dogs, cats, ponies, sheep, birds, and donkey among many more. Have a look at the fantastic work the staff there do and meet some lovely animals.

Lots of animals not much for kids to play on, suggest bringing wellies after rain as it gets very muddy

A lovely place to spend a morning or afternoon. Very friendly staff, a large variety of animals and a play area for the kids. Activities are also put on during "events" such as Halloween/Christmas/Easter. Home cooked food available in the cafe and a small gift shop.
