For a fun-filled day hunting wildlife and exploring a historic building visit here; a beautiful 17th Century grandstand built by John 'Crump' Dutton fuelled by his passion for deer coursing, gambling, banqueting and entertaining. Take one of the walks there are three Short Woodland Stroll, Family Fun Walk and Historic Farmland Hike. Keep an eye out for the abundance of wildlife from otters, water voles and dragonflies in the 18th Century water meadows and in the parkland fallow and roe deer, badgers and foxes.

Take the A40 west from Burford for a few miles. Then follow the Tourist signs to both the park and the estate.

Fantastic day out. Loads of picnic room and space to play. Great if you have a dog to walk too.
