Most recently known for being the set of TV shows and films such as Pride & Prejudice, Cranford and Harry Potter, this wonderful village in Wiltshire has much more to offer including its interesting history and picturesque surroundings. The Abbey is the former home of William Henry Fox Talbot, who invented the photographic negative process. Pick up a play leaflet for the garden at reception or download it on the website. There is a rope swing in the woodland garden and old tree trunks to climb on. Kids can build dens and roam in the whole garden.
