These dramatic ruins of a castle are a great free place to bring the family for an hour or so to explore and enjoy the stunning views. The keep is right on the riverfront and dates back to the 13th century. There is no visitor centre, cafe or facilities but plenty of places to have a picnic and enjoy the views
