Cowes is obviously world famous for yachting for yachting.The beach is mainly pebbles and has great views over the Solent where you and the kids can watch frequent yacht gatherings and races. With a number of cafes to enjoy the views no matter the weather. IT HAS TO BE NOTED THERE ARE STRONG CURRENTS AND SWIMMING IS ONLY FOR STRONG SWIMMERS ONLY. No lifeguard
