Bring the family here to learn all about the estate and castle. It has quite a history as a prison, home to the women’s land army, as a working farm and has had many fascinating people come and stay. The gardens are really something that everyone can marvel at no matter the season and the huge estate is fantastic for family walks. To entertain the children there are large garden games that you can borrow, binoculars so that they can go spot wildlife,a children's quiz/trails and explorer packs that they can borrow.
