When you visit this stunning country house you will step back in time, back to the 1760s. It was designed for lavish entertainment and has an large collection of painting, sculptures and furniture for you to look at. One particular interesting part of the house is the Lord Curzon's Eastern Museum which is a treasure trove of fascinating objects that he collected on his travels in Asia and while Viceroy of India (1899 to 1905). The children will learn all about Kedleston as you go round the Hall with the fun children’s trail. The grounds are great if you just want to take a walk, spot wildlife and explore.
