Situated in a 18th century watermill the museum tells the story of Robert Burn's last few years spent in the bustling streets and lively atmosphere of Dumfries in the late eighteenth century. There is a great little scale model of Dumfries in he 1790's and a video presentation. For the children there are museum trails and fun activities.
