Learn all about the hardships of the life of a miller you can listen to audio recordings of one of the former miller’s genuine recollections. Learn all about Wee Bob the millers horse and keep an eye out for Millie the field mouse who calls the mill home. The family can enjoy a picnic in the grounds and spot wildlife along the river including otters, cuckoo flower and orange tip butterflies and kingfishers. You can also hire an Explorer Backpack from reception to find out more about the local wildlife. There is an egg hunt for smaller children.
