Had the most dreadful experience at Aldenham country club today...actually left my children in tears. We paid £10 for the Monkey nets which my two young children had previously enjoyed and used in the past. Made our way to the area to find that the smaller net which is safer and easier to use was not in use. The larger net had no member of staff to assist and therefore for safety reasons we decided to return to reception and respectfully ask for a refund.
Well the manager was called and never in my entire life have i experienced such horrendous customer service. She was rude showed no compassion or understandings and outright refused to refund our £10. She did however say that we could enter the farm area instead. We were clearly unhappy and as such my wife decided to leave a honest but fair review on Facebook whilst still in the farm. Within seconds of posting the review the manager marched up to us and instructed that we left the premises for no other reason than the review we had posted on Facebook. This was highly embarrassing not to mention the distress it caused our three young children.

I used to come here as a child and used to love this place. Over the years I have brought my children whenever we visit London but the last time we visited I was so utterly disappointed. We most definitely will not be coming here again. The parking and refreshment is so expensive now and not only that you now have to pay again to gain access to the farm animals and play area! The "feeding" animals experience is again absolute rubbish! The closest you get to feeding the animals is dropping the feed down a shoot which goes down to the animals. The chickens had a pile of feed already lying on the floor. They were completely uninterested. Furthermore the attitude of some of the members of staff was just utterly miserable. The park was once a beautiful, attractive, peaceful and affordable trip. Now it is just tragic. Don't bother, it's become a money making project.
