Eyam Museum tells the story of the people of Eyam in 1665, where a tailor ordered a bale of cloth from London which led to the chain of events that started the bubonic plague. The museum also tells the story of how Ralph Wain and other workers contributed to the rebirth of the village within a century of the plague.
