Enjoy the great outdoors at this brilliant country park which has over 300 ancient trees including beech, ash and sweet chestnut - some of which are thought to be over 800 years old. There are also organised activities for the kids throughout the year including trails where you can discover the loads of exciting info about the park! Don't forget to visit the play area which has slides and climbing equipment perfectly aimed for young children and toddlers. For the older children follow the Discovery Trail and you'll find a zip wire and cradle swing hidden amongst the trees.

There is a cafe which sells a selection of hot meals, snacks, baguettes and homemade soup as well as a mouthwatering handmade cake selection.
