Lovely surroundings, amazing cafe and fun park, with swimming pool in the summer. Good area for a picnic if choosing a cheap day out

A lovely place to take the children's and dogs for a play and walk round the lake. Feed the ducks too. Car park is excellent but the coffee shop hasn't always been open.
