A small sand beach on the quieter west coast of the island with panoramic views of the Solent and Hurst Castle. The beach has a gentle slope down to clear waters perfect for the family. In the winter the winds in the prevailing winds mean the waves can be big, but in the summer the water is calmer and clear. Easily accessible for the elderly and disabled and also with toilet facilities. A winner of the Quality Coast Award and successful in displaying its Water Quality award
