Take the family to these gardens to see some beautiful scenery and gorgeous flowers. The sub-tropical garden hugs the edge of Loch Ewe and offers great views over surrounding landscape. When you arrive you can pick up an Inverewe Map and Passport so the kids can learn some fun facts about the gardens and its plants as you make your way around. Lots of wildlife calls this area home and you go visit a hide, walk woodland trails or join a number of the family events that happen throughout the year to learn more about the birds, animals and insects that live at the gardens.

By bus Westerbus service Inverness to Poolewe: the Garden is under 1 mile walk from Poolewe along the A832.
By road From Inverness, take the A835, then the A832. The journey, through some stunning Highland scenery, takes around 90 mins.
By rail The nearest train station is at Achnasheen, 35 miles from Inverewe Garden. This is served by the First Scotrail service from Inverness - Kyle/Thurso/Wick. Please note that there is no longer a connecting bus service to Inverewe Garden, therefore visitors travelling by train must make their own local transport arrangements.
