Tips

Just wanted to say that Play planet now has new management .....
They no longer charge for ADULTS to go in nor do they charge for jug of WATER!
The staff are a lot happier too.
Loved our last visit and can't wait to go back again.

I've been to quite a few different pay centres but this one was without a doubt the worst. Staff were very rude the rules were read to me like i was entering a prison not a play centre and half of the equipment is broken. Very disappointing!! They need to up there game just because its the only one in the local area doesn't mean people will definitely come back.

Over priced- £5 for under 5s and £1.50 for adults! Never been to a softplay that charges for adults... They charge for tap water. The place smells of old chip fat. :(

My child has been visiting since he was a busy toddler with the urge to explore, it's always been clean and the food on offer is fresh and there are lots of healthy options as well as that treat only a mummy deserves! I have never had a poor experience.

Had a very bad experience in this place staff were very rude and it was dirty on the day of visit
