Haven't been there for ages due to the horrible owner's attitude and extremely poor customer service. A smile and kindness go a long way and keep the customers coming back.

Play train is a excellent size so the children will be busy for hours the place was clean and tidy. I felt the entry price is rather expensive so wouldn't go often for this reason, the refreshment prices where certainly average for a place like this which I purchased during my visit was served promptly by the staff with a nice service

I was told "play train" doesn't allow food to be bought in for my 9 month old and then when I bought food it took 45 minutes! When I complained they told me it didn't take that long and I was lying until I showed them my receipt with the time on it!
We went there for the disco and was told "no disco today because we have sickness"
Disappointing as the facilities are quiet nice.
I recommend if you want a good space and equipment but don't care for good customer service, a welcome environment, open and honesty or just generally a polite attitude.

I take my son to Playtrain quite a lot because it's really good value for money, very cheap entry fee. It's a bit on the small side, but it's still enjoyable and my son seems to enjoy it. It not only has slides and play-frames but it has ride-on cars, an air-hockey table, and a toy corner with toys, role-play toys, soft teddies and dressing up. Cafe serves hot and cold food and only serves healthy food. No coca cola and fatty foods. Car park is a bit small so sometimes I struggle to get a space. Probably best suited to younger children, still very enjoyable though and friendly staff.
