About This AttractionSuggest an Edit
Located in a late Georgian house, the Erewash Museum was once a family home and school accommodation. It became a museum in the 1980's and has been delighting visitors ever since. The museum is very family-friendly, offering a Victorian school room experience, where your little ones will have to sit up straight and pay attention to see what school life was like back then. You'll see a 1950's shop, based on an original shop on Bath Street. The Wartime Gallery tells the story of life during the war and kids can get the chance to dress up in some wartime outfits and even climb into an air raid shelter.
