Bring the family here for a history lessons and learn all about the battle between the Duke of Cumberland and Prince Charles. Culloden was the last hand-to-hand battle fought on British soil, you can walk around the battle field, see the monument and visit the visitor centre. The centre uses interactive characters that witnessed or were involved in the battle and incorporating the latest historical and archaeological evidence it tells the course of events through fresh eyes. They also have a fantastic hand held audio guide to take with you onto the battlefield to help you understand more about the battle.
