This museum is housed in a mansion that was once owned by the wealthy family the Butterfields, a textile manufacturing family. Inside the museum you will find a range of displays that show how life would have once been for the Butterfields including; the re-displayed reception rooms, the Dining with the Butterfields display, which gives you an idea of how the family would dine with their guests, displays on textiles and murals and even displays about owls native to Britain.

Directions
Cliffe Castle lies in a park on the outskirts of Keighley off the A629 Skipton Road. Approximately 12-25 minutes walk from the railway station. The castle is located just south of Moorhouse Wood.
