For a great active day out for the family bring them here where there is scotland's tenth highest Munro, Ben Lawers. A great place to go for a walk to see the wildlife and plants- keep an eye out for the red deer, ptarmigan, black grouse and ravens! During the summer the children can join a ranger on a young nature-lovers walk with activities and games where they will get hands on and learn all about the wildlife and plants. If the whole family wants to go for a walk you can follow the Edramucky Trail is a great self-guided walk, with booklet, that's perfectly suitable for children.
