Bring the family here to this beautifully preserved longhouse which gives a great insight into rural life in the 19th Century. Little has been changed since it as lived in with many of it's original features and there is an exhibition in the Display Hut next door that has a collection of examples of clothes found in the house as well as information, documents and photographs. There are plenty of activities to keep the children occupied that once completed they get a prize; there is we have a mouse hunt for children aged 2 -5.
