About This AttractionSuggest an Edit
This 18th Century Georgian house was the old home of the famous Scottish painter E A Hornel. It has been beautifully preserved and recreated and is a living museum of his life and work. The library has one of the world’s biggest collections of works by Robert Burns. The gardens are beautiful and back on to the River Dee, and is a curious mixture of East meets West. There are regular events held for the children including quizzes with the chance to win a teddy.
