Head north of the city centre to find the beautiful Abbey Park divided by a boating lake! See the remains of the twelfth century Leicester Abbey and a seventeenth century mansion on one side and a highly decorative Victorian east side of the park with evergreen shrubberies, a miniature railway, flower displays, and some amazing trees. There's even a lavender maze and sensory garden for you to explore!
