Bring your little knights and princesses here to roam around this motte and bailey, the ticket includes entry to the Barbican House museum where there is lots to learn about the archeology of the area and there is a mini cinema which tells the story of Lewes from prehistoric to medieval times. The children will enjoy the dressing up clothes, trails, quizzes and activity boxes and there are family events held throughout the year so check out their website.
