From the M57, exit at junction 4 and take the East Lancashire Road (A580) east, go straight over the roundabout past the Dairy Crest building and take the next left down Coppers Lane. Take the second left down Hornhouse Lane, then the first left on to Owen Road and the centre will be on your left.
