This is one of the oldest botanical gardens in Britain and has a unique collection of over 5,000 edible, useful, medicinal and historical plants. The children can get an activity sheet which challenges them to find certain plants and asks questions about them. The garden also has regular children's events organised throughout the year from garden photography to nature printing.
