Created on the site of the Hounslow Gunpowder Mills, it is now a beautiful wildlife reserve. Bring the family here to spot the rare Kingfisher or the threatened water vole. There are different areas of habitat including woodland, scrub and reedbed. Other wildlife you might see includes: dragonflies, foxes, herons, frogs, toads and newts.

The nature reserve is free to visit at all times. The Shot Tower is open on Sundays 1.30pm-4pm and for special events.
