One of the UK's oldest natural history museums, the Grant Museum of Zoology in Bloomsbury is home to 68,000 weird and wonderful animals. There are many extinct species shown too, including Tasmanian Tiger or Thylacine, the Quagga, and the Dodo. There are often temporary exhibitions taking place, so there will always be something new and unique to see.
