A 61m high monument to The Great Fire of London and celebrating the rebuilding of the city. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren with 311 steps up to the top, where you can take in stunning views over London. You even get a recognition of such a climb each visitor to the Monument receives a certificate as proof of their athletic abilities.

Nearest Tubes are Monument on the District and Circle lines or London Bridge on Northern or Jubilee lines. Buses: 17, 521, 21, 43, 133, 141, 48, 149 The monument is on the junction of Monument Street and Fish Street Hill.
