About This AttractionSuggest an Edit
One of the best urban wildlife sites in Europe at 104 acres, one of the best places around for the children to go wildlife spotting. With over 180 species visiting here including kingfishers, bitterns, rare mammals and most of the UK's amphibians. The park is a series of lakes, flooded meadows and marshlands gathered around a large main lake all wheelchair and pushchair friendly. The kids will love the Pond Zone where they can get hands on and the Explorer Zone where they can play on zip lines and climb boulder walls. The Discovery Centre teaches children about all of the animals and wildlife that they have seen/see in the reserve.
