Tips

If you are genuinely concerned about the welfare of monkeys then this is the place for you. If you like Zoo's or entertainment by animals then this definitely is not.
There are over 20 monkeys at the sanctuary but don't expect to see them all as they're not there for your entertainment so will not always let you see them.
The staff are wonderful, full of information and have a genuine love for them.
There are things for children to look out for and a room especially for them with a story corner and arts and crafts. There was face painting too.
There are beautiful grounds to wander around and a great Park for the kids.
We had something to eat at the treetop cafe which serves only natural and vegetarian. The staff couldn't be more helpful and we were served so quickly.
It is very hilly in the car park and walking around so be prepared.
