Restormel Castle is a stunning 13th century castle with breath-taking views. Once home to the Earl Of Cornwall, it is now in the care of English Heritage and provides a fabulous day out. If you visit in the spring, the gorgeous daffodils and bluebells will blow you away. Tell the kids to look out for the 'black pheasant' that roams the castle's grounds and be sure to take in every inch of the beautiful views of this stunning countryside!

Tips

Plenty of parking. It's beautiful in spring with banks of primroses and a lovely range of ice creams in their shop. Great for picnics!
