This small fascinating museum is a great place to learn all about the geology of the area, the fossils, its artists and writers, from J M Whistler to Jane Austen to John Fowles. For the children there are a selection of quizzes for them to complete as they make their way around and the museum organises some fantastic activities throughout the year including rockpooling and fossil walks.
