Lots of family fun at this birds conservation centre on the edge of the Ribble Estuary, the most important single river estuary in the UK. Lots to see in the different seasons look out for Curlew, Mallard, Redshank, Shelduck and Tufted Duck. There are monthly guided walks that you can join. The kids will love the badge making and colouring and also learning about the over 270,000 visitors the estuary gets every year. Their is a full programme of family events all year-round. The centre also has interactive displays available for use every day.

Open every day except Mondays, from 10am - 5pm (4pm on shorter winter days). Festive opening times: Closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. New Year’s Eve 10am - 3pm.
