About This AttractionSuggest an Edit

Bring the family to this charming National Trust woodland and walled garden. There are plenty of flower varieties to see including rhododendrons, plus azaleas, hollies and hostas. Look out for hidden little sculptures and a pergola. Once the children have finished running around the garden there are family games in the walled garden and a bird hide to find. There are family events held throughout the year so make sure that you check out the website for the latest.

Tips

A great mini adventure around the central garden along dirt paths as you hunt for the 13 wooden carved hares. My 3 year old has loved this haven since she was 2. She can run freely. Explore behind bushes & trees, find the hares, climb, hug and kiss them before even more running around the gorgeous inner garden sanctuary. Whilst the main area only takes about an hour to two hours dependant on how much exploring you do, you can then take a walk over to The Edge, leaving your vehicle in the car park.
