Visit here regularly, kids and I love it, once you have paid parking for as long as you want to stay you can so easily fill the time with free safe kids play areas and grass areas, then there's the splash park in the summer months £2 for 30 minutes brilliant kids love it. The kiddies fair ground can be a little more expensive as you buy tokens at £1.25 each but it nice as a extra treat to do occasionally. My family will always be regular visitors to the prom park.
