We planned a trip to this beauty spot whilst camping in Cornwall. I checked online that dogs were welcome before leaving (they were) we were a family of 4, 2x adults and 2x boys age 13. On arrival and parking in designated car park we had planned to do the coastal walk to the boat and then get the boat over to the mount.
We were astonished to find that dogs were not allowed on beach so could not do coastal walk. Only other route to attraction was the main road at the top which had an extremely narrow pavement and was dangerous at times to walk along. I think it's fair to say dogs are not welcome here and it ruined our day. Dogs are allowed on boat trip and on island but not on the walk to get there!
