Bring the family here to explore the rambling ruins of this medieval castle and Tudor manor house. Much of what you see now is part of an Elizabethan mansion wing, which was destroyed during the civil war. The whole family will enjoy the peaceful setting, exploring the ruins, having a picnic and reading the information boards to discover the castles history.
